Bre.ad is a link shortener that promotes your personal brands and interests. When your Twitter or Facebook followers click on your Bre.ad links, they see a full-page billboard that you have customized with a personal message. After 5 seconds, the page automatically redirects to the target link.

Step 1.

First point your browser to: Bre.ad.

Step 2.

Click "sign up"  on the top right side of the webpage. You can choose to either sign up with Facebook or you can continue to set up an independent Bre.ad account.

Step 3.

Create a billboard by uploading a photo to the website and add a personal message in the box on top. You may also select photos that Bre.ad offers as well.

Step 4.

In order to share links with Bre.ad, they must be shortened using the Bre.ad URL. To shorten any link, type in [bre.ad/] into the front of website's URL on your browser. You must go to that website in order to include it in your billboard.

Step 5.

Once you hit Enter and the site you chose to shorten reloads, it will appear onto the billboard you had previously saved.

Step 6.

Click to share your billboard on bre.ad, Facebook and other social networking sites.

Step 7.

When other people click on your billboard, they will be able to view it for five seconds, before being redirected to the link that You included in the billboard, taking them away from whichever site they were on to the site you included.
