Inspired by a real event at #occupywallstreet incident "I'm Getting Arrested" allows you to alert your lawyer, family, etc in one click.
Before you go out to demonstrate, download this app and fill out the information.
Step 1
Download "i'm Getting Arrested" from the Android Market on your Android phone.
Step 2
After installing the app, launch it, and you'll see a bull's eye that reads "Not Ready! Click Here to Setup". Click that bulls eye.
Step 3
Enter the message you want sent via SMS if you are being arrested and include any info you want to get out such as information about the demonstration, the names of friends you are marching with, etc.
Example:
I am at the Occupy Wallstreet Protests on xxx Street in xxx City. I've been arrested. If you don't hear from me shortly please call the local police stations to find out about me. I was marching with xxxx.
In the next field the app will ask you to input all of the numbers you want that message sent to. Enter as many as you like separated by a space.
Example:

Tip!
Find out the SMS number used by your legal team and input that along with the phone numbers of your family.
Tip!
To save the message and phone numbers you input click the "back button" (this is a bit confusing).
Step 4
Now your app is ready to go. To send an alert click the Bulls Eye.
Tip!
Put a shortcut to the "I'm Getting Arrested" app on the homescreen of your phone before you go out to protest.
Tip!
Run a test before you go out to protest- and don't forget to let your friends and family know its just a test!
If you are being arrested
Launch the "I'm Getting Arrested" app
Press on the big target for 2 seconds
