About Eric

Eric is a Social entrepreneur and Africanist with a strong passion for development, innovation and policy issues pertaining to Africa. He is the founder of the African Policy Forum (APF www.africanpolicyforum.org), a think-tank organisation made of researchers and African policy experts from across the globe. Eric's quest to impact policy making on the continent through the use of technology is the source of his passion. Prior to engaging on the African Policy Forum project he worked as consultant with the United Nations where he build a strong network of policy experts. He is also an active civic society campaigner and contributes extensively to civic activities aimed at empowering and building the soceity. He innitiated and founded the Cameroon Alliance of Youth Movements (CAMAYM), a national youth organisation aimed at unifying all the country's youth associations and organisations and advocating for the Cameroon youth agenda at both the national and international level.
