The second Alliance For Youth Movements Summit in Mexico City focused on using new tools to combat narco violence and violence in general throughout Mexico and Latin America. This panel, moderated by Suzanne Hall of the Bureau of Western Hemispheric Affairs at the United States Department of State, featured Mayra Contreras of Mexico SOS, Elias Kuri of Iluminemos Mexico and Ana Franco de Wattnem, Mexico Unido Contra la Delincuencia.
