Membership

Activists who are members of Movements.org's network receive support for their campaigns and initiatives by Movements.org and their fellow Movements.org members. They receive exclusive invitations to member only events and have access to sponsorship opportunities by Movements.org's supporters. In order to remain a member of the Movements.org network activists must demonstrate continued support the other members of the network. The first step towards becoming a member is receiving an invitation to attend an event. To apply, begin by telling us about yourself and why you would be a good addition to the Movements.org community.

Ambassadors

Movements.org Ambassadors have either: attended all three Movements.org summits and demonstrated an extraordinary amount of dedicated to the activists who they have met at these summits, executed a social movement campaign at a certain level of accomplishment, or have a professional career which makes them stand out as an expert in the field of digital activism, social media for social good, or digital democracy. Ambassadors receive open invitations and funding to attend Movements.org summits and other regional training events.  They take on important roles at these events, leading and moderating trainings and discussions.

Senior Fellows

Senior Fellows are members who have the capacity to impart valuable experiences and knowledge to other members, and who have demonstrated this capacity by taking on substantive training and mentorship roles with activists working in similar issue area, field or region. 

Delegates

Delegates are activists who have been identified as having done exemplary work in the field of digital activism. Delegates are invited to the annual Movements.org summit and/or a regional training event as participants, and may be subsequently invited to become Movements.org Fellows.
